Email upgrade offer does not match upgrade offers in app

I have recently received my email from iD saying my contract is expiring soon and that I am now eligible for an upgrade. In this email is a few options for upgrades that I can take, one of which is an offer for an iPhone 16 Pro Max 256GB Desert Titanium, for £149.99 upfront and £43.99 monthly, with unlimited data. 

I can’t see this offer anywhere on the app/website and have been into a Curry’s store and they just said to contact iD directly.

Am I able to claim this offer?
