Enhanced trade in promotional payment not received

Hello,

I purchased a Google Pixel 9 on 16/10 and applied for the £150 promotional trade in offer. I completed the form for this promotion as instructed.

I received my payment for the trade in at the start of last week.  I then received an email on 13/11 confirming the trade in payment had been sent over to me. On the email it stated: "If you have qualified for a promotion, we will send you another email in the next 24 hours confirming your promotion payment".

I still haven't had this email and haven't had a payment either - however, I did trade in a qualifying phone for this promotion.

I have contacted TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk several times about this and have had no replies. 

Can anyone help please?
