I was on my ID account webpage and was looking to see if there was a cheaper plan to transfer too. I came across a curious plan that consisted of unlimited calls, texts & data with a monthly cost of £0.00 a month (Zero monthly cost) My phone, a Samsung Galaxy A53, on a two year contract as of February 2022 currently paying just over £21 a month. Is this £0.00 a month a misprint, seems like something for nothing ?

It certainly sounds like an error.
In most cases when there is an error the order won’t process.
Have you tried calling the Sales Team to check the upgrade deals available?
Are you able to send us a screenshot of the deal?
