How do I upgrade my data plan?

Hi, I got into a 24 month contract with iD last month, and quickly realised that the amount of data is not sufficient for me. Today it finally allowed me to ‘upgrade’ but it wasn’t what I expected. Just to be clear I am NOT looking for any mobile phone deals, I am only interested in Sim-only. I have tried to change my plan to one with more data, but it simply comes up with “Looks like we don’t have any plans available.” If someone could please help me out and guide me as to how I can change my plan into one with more data WITHOUT any mobile phone attached to it I would highly appreciate it.

If you can’t do it online or via the app then it suggests you contact Live Chat.
