How do I upgrade my phone

Hi guys please can you tell me how zo can upgrade my phone?  It’s due next month, thank you

Hey tthere ​@Suzi.67, once you’re due for the upgrade, you’ll need to login to the iD Mobile app/website, and order via the “Upgrades” tab.

    There’s no upgrade tag at present so is it available nearer the time? 😀

    Upgrades become available 60 days prior to your contract coming to an end. 

     

    Please let us know if you have any further questions.
