How to claim my Fit3 with my upgraded phone

Upgraded to A55 yesterday with Fit3 which has yet to be claimed by me. There is no option on my account to make this claim

Have you tried checking online at https://www.idmobile.co.uk/claim-your-offer, ​@Beryl Douglas? 

Looks like this is a Samsung promotion, and hopefully iD Mobile are a qualifying retailer.
