How to downgrade?

My contract has ended and now I want to reduce my plan to a sim only deal. When I log in to my account it only gives me options for a new phone or more expensive sim plan. There is no option for a cheaper sim plan? How do you downgrade?

If you don’t see a tariff you’d like to upgrade to via the iD app or your account online, you can also contact the sales team directly to see what they can offer.
