Hi I don't mean the internet 

hi, I have a problem, my internet stopped working at the beginning of the month, I increased the internet, it worked and now it doesn't work and I have about 45 GB left

can i ask for an update

You’ve said you don’t mean the internet, but go on to detail an issue with your internet.

 

Have you had any texts from us about your allowances being used up?

 

What happens when you try to access your data?
