I want to upgrade to an offer that doesnt come up when i press upgrade

I want to upgrade to the samsung s25 256gb on a 10GB deal advertised on the website for £27.99 pm with £129 upfront. When I click upgrade this does not come up as an option, only S25’s with 100GB plans, help please!
