Hi has anyone noticed on the upgrade offers or extra plan offers that receive extra cash on trade in which applies to one of the phones I'm looking at doesn't actually have this offer when you click on any of the Google pixel phones even though on the header all the pixels have extre cash on trade in and the Google pixel 9xl says extra £200 but click on the phone then the offer isn't there.I have looked at all other phone makes with the same extra cash offer and it's clearly on every phone when you click on them so do you think the offer is an error or something else? I have also looked on the list of offers on ID and the pixels aren't listed so if I buy one of them with the xtra trade in value have I been misled by ID and how can I contact them? Thanks Brent.

Taking a look there’s no currently ongoing trade in offers for buying a Pixel.

Hi Tom it's on additional plans , all pixels have additional cash trade in but when you click on the phone there's no extra trade in unlike all the other same deals with Samsung apple etc!. Thanks Brent

Taking a look at the screenshot it just looks like it’s mentioned that you can trade in, which is true for any device purchase, it doesn’t always mean there’s enhanced offers for it.
