Id upgrade through carphone warehouse

You can indeed upgrade via Carphone Warehouse, so long as you’re logged in, and next to the order, it states “UPGRADE”. If it does not state upgrade, or you’re not logged in, then it would not be an upgrade, it’d be a completely new plan.

Thanks for your reply and how do you log in on the carphone warehouse website as can't find it anywhere and will the prices in store match the online prices?
