Keep old iPhone when upgrading to a new one

Hi, 

I’m approaching the end of my 24 months contract with an iPhone 14 and I’ve been offered an upgrade to the iPhone 16.

I’d like to upgrade but unsure if I have to return my iPhone 14 to do so.

Could someone please clarify?

    It should be @Federico Ricciardi. 

    Check under Settings > General > About - scroll down to “Network Provider Lock”, where it should say “No SIM restrictions”.

    Hi @Federico Ricciardi 

     

    The iPhone 14 will be unlocked and yours to keep, you do have the option to trade it in for some money off towards the new purchase.
