I wanted to upgrade to a monthly plan for Iphone 16 Pro, 128G, Black Titanium.
After looking online for the best deal on USwitch I found that ID Mobile actually has a cheaper plan than what I’m being offered as an upgrade.
Upgrade - 100G, 24m plan, £44.99 with £179.00 upfront
New plan - 500G, 24m plan, £43.99 with £99.00 upfront
Can the upgrade plan be matched? Should I alternatively cancel my current plan and membership and buy the cheaper one directly?
