moved my old Id number to new contract and delete old contract

I bought new phone with contract in Id mobile but still I have old number in Id which I would like to replace and also finish my old contract.

Assuming your old contract ran for the full 12 or 24 months ​@JahRastafaray I’d suggest you try sorting this out via their Live Chat

 

iD Mobile’s Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

To use your old number with iD on the new contract, if they can’t sort this out too then you’d need to port the number you want to another provider and then bring (port) it back to iD - but see if they can first.

If you’re looking to transfer your phone number from one iD Mobile contract to another, then this isn’t possible I’m afraid. You can only transfer your phone number between different networks.

 

You can do a triangle port as ​@Daz_S has kindly advised, where you transfer your number to another network first, then back to us on your new plan.
