I have recently completed an upgrade but I never received an order confirmation. I need this to claim the promotions.

I have spoken to two agents via chat who said I would receive it but I still haven't.

Any help?

Took a week or so before I got all the emails. Have you checked your spam folder just incase?

    @Matthew T Yes it is not in the junk folder, I made the order over a week ago now and have followed up twice. So wondering why I haven't received it yet
