Can't get a new SIM contract sorted on the new app???

If you’re eligible for an upgrade or plan change, then these should show via the “Upgrades” or “Plan change” tabs via logging into the iD Mobile app/website.

 

If you believe you’re eligible and none are showing up, then please call our sales team on 02071391397.
