Not received Enhanced Trade

Hello.

I traded in my device, and filled in the Enhanced Trade In offer form. I received the first payment for the phone on the 25th of October. I have not yet received the £200 from the Enhanced Trade in promotion.

I was advised here to contact TradeUpHelp@currys.co.uk if I did not receive it within 3-5 days of the initial payment. I did so, and got a generic email about how promotional payments are made separately. I clarified my issue again, and was asked for the trade in reference, which I provided, however I have not heard back since, which was 5 days ago.

What can I do from here to have my promotion fulfilled?
