outgoing calls barred after early upgrade.


I accepted an upgrade offer which worked perfectly for the remaining two months my original contract I now can’t make outgoing calls although incoming calls are good, also I was issued with a replacement sim which I activated also my direct debit has been increased to reflect my updrade wich has included a two year contract, I have had three live chats but no result this is amounting to taking money for a service I am not receiving.

Can you please confirm your handset make/model and if this is happening on all calls or certain numbers?

Hi Nat, I have an iphone 16 that was supplied by ID mobile as part of the upgrade offer which was two months earlier than the end of the original contract, the call blogging occurs on all calls ougoing, this only happened after two months of the upgrade prior to that eveything worked perfectly, I feel the original date of my original contract and although My direct debit was increased to cover the new contract was taken I feel that the new contract was never started resulting in the lack of full service from ID Mobile that I am paying for.

I look forward to you resolving this issue.

Are you showing as having a service on the handset? Are there any bars for signal?

When you go to Settings - Apps - Phone - My Number, is your correct number showing?
