I accepted an upgrade offer which worked perfectly for the remaining two months my original contract I now can’t make outgoing calls although incoming calls are good, also I was issued with a replacement sim which I activated also my direct debit has been increased to reflect my updrade wich has included a two year contract, I have had three live chats but no result this is amounting to taking money for a service I am not receiving.
