Hi, My Sim plan ends tomorrow, what to do to renew it?

Essentially, we don’t offer plan renewals as such for the same plan. If you’re happy with the cost and allowances for the plan you’re on, you don’t need to do anything, as your contract would stay on the same plan and cost as it is now. 

 

However, if you want to change plan/upgrade, you’d need to visit the “Upgrades” tab via logging into the iD Mobile app/website, and choosing an upgrade from there, which will change your plan, but keep your same phone number.
