Afternoon,
I ordered an upgrade for the S25 Ultra when announced and i’ve recieved an confirmation email on the 25th Jan saying that the estimated delivery date is the 31st Jan. So today is the 30th and no updates since the first email nor has my account changed to reflect the change in upgrade.
I’ve noticed that other providers have already dispatch the devices to thier customers so was wondering if iD Mobile are still on track in dispatching the the orders for the 31st, which means that it needs to be sent today.
Any updates from the staff would add a lot of value.
