switch to sim only

Hi, my fix contact is up and I would like to switch to a sim only deal, but when I click upgrade it only gives me a more expensive deal to upgrade to!! There is no way to switch to a sim only deal and keep my current number. Can this be arranged thanks.

Hi @Simontainton, it might be worth double checking your official contract end date.

You’ll be able to upgrade to another 24-month contract up to 60 days before your contract end date.

You can upgrade to a SIM only deal up to 30 days before your contract end date.
