I am flying to Brazil but I can’t find out how to change my plan to allow calls etc from Brazil which is out of my current plan area. I seldom go beyond Europe so want a one month change if possible

You’ll be able to find a list of charges for using your phone in Brazil via the link below:
International Calling & Roaming Charges | iD Mobile Network
You’ll also need to ensure that roaming is enabled via your iD App or account online. Additionally, you’ll need to raise your bill cap above £0 if you want to use your phone abroad.
