Trade-in and Promotion Problem Pixel 9 Pro XL

Good Afternoon,

I have recently upgraded my plan to a Pixel 9 Pro XL and as part of the upgrade there is an offer to trade in my current device and receive an extra £200.

As such I requested a trade in pack on the 20th of August. The postage pack did not arrive quickly  and I sent the phone as soon as I received it on the 3rd of September. The Royal Mail Tracking shows it had been delivered to the Trade In location on the 5th of September. It is now the 13th of September and I have not heard back or received the trade-in money and the promotional offer

In addition it is coming up to the 21 day mark since valuation and they haven't stated they have received it.

The only reason I went with Currys is the take advantage of the extra trade in offer, but at the min I can't even get the original value for my phone on its own.

I am extremely unhappy. The only reason I upgraded my phone was because of the trade-in offer.
