trade in not completed


Still waiting for my trade in bag to send my iPhone back to trade in. Been waiting since 10/12/24, emailed the trade up address,  but they haven't even got the manners to reply. If this isn't sorted out,I will never use this company again, and will advise my friends and family not to either.

Normally, it can take up to 15 working days for the trade-in bag to be received, therefore, it’s likely you should’ve received it by now.

 

When did you email the trade-in team please?

Hi, thanks for your reply, 

On 10 December 2024 I ordered a samsung 24 ultra from yourselves.

It was ordered on the understanding that  I would receive£200.00 trade in for my iPhone 12 pro max, plus a £125.00 promotional  onus payment. Since then I have received nothing, not even the bag to return my iPhone to you.

I emailed trade-up on 02/01/25 at 11.48 am, and then again on 06/01/25 at 13.48, since then I have not even been given the curtesy of a reply.

Hi, me again. It’s been 2 months now since i traded in my iphone for a samsung 24 ultra, first i didn’t receive the trade-in bag, so y0ou sent another one. I sent my ipnone back in that, you sent me an email on the 24th January 2025, saying you have processed my payment, which was £200.00 trade in, PLUS £125.00 bonus for buying my samsung of you, £325.00 in total. since then I have received precisely NOTHING. TEN working days after you told me it had been processed 

Please sort this out for me.
