Did an upgrade and opted for the trade in of my iPhone X.
received it back saying I hadn’t unlocked it properly. Did the unlock and sent it back. Now received the phone back again with a small label on saying non working - no diag.
nothing else. No notification or explaination. Phone was fine, in daily use and in good condition before I upgraded.
well hacked off with these guys. feel like I’ve been ripped off and tempted into an upgrade I should probably not have done. Is there any point in going to my local Curry’s store?
