trying to buy a phone

My wife and I tried to purchase a phone with the email address sarah@wellesleyinc.com. it was "cancelled due to security". I have since tried to buy again through your website but then also get other errors. We are both existing customer of yours and would rather stay with you, but cannot seem to complete an order for some unknown reason. Please can you help with this issue.
