I have an ID account with 3 numbers on it, mine, my partner’s and my son’s
My son’s contract expires next month and I would like to change him to a rolling monthly SIM only contract, but whenever I try to do so, I’m unable to proceed past the basket stage as there is no email address on the account.
Except there is. All 3 numbers have my email address against them, so why isn’t this working?
I would speak to ID about it, but I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes and stuck in live chat for 45...
