I'm due a upgrade but I'm not seeing any upgrade tab or menu in the app or on the website???

Sorry to hear this, if upgrades are not shown in the app/website and you are due an upgrade, we’d recommend contacting the sales team on 0207 1391 397 for assistance, visiting the Carphone Warehouse website or your local Currys store.
