upgrade


So it's my upgrade day today and I wanted a s24 ultra but the upgrade deals they are showing me arnt what I'm willing to pay when I can see new customers getting a better deal.

 

 

 

So my question is if I don't upgrade and finish my contract can I then do a new customer deal I've found and keep my current number?

You know what I can't see why not. I was wondering whether to do the same. As it is odd with things especially car insurance. 

When I came to ID carphone warehouse where quite good to me support wise.

Firstly, if you’re unhappy with your upgrade deals, then please call our sales team on 02071391397 for further assistance.

 

Secondly, if you were to purchase a completely new contract, then unfortunately you’d be unable to transfer your number between iD Mobile contracts directly.

 

The only way to keep your number is via upgrade, or via a triangle port, where your port your number to another network, then back to us on the new plan you purchased.
