upgrade

I am currently on an unlimited plan and want to upgrade.google pixel 7 pro to Google pixel 9 pro xl

When I try to do this I get wrose options.

It will not let me have the same plan as I am on now but it is available on their website to new customers as well as being at a cheaper price. 

£38.99 unlimited compared to £40.99 for a 100gb 

How is this right and what sort of insensitive is this to loyal customers?

When you first joined iD you may well have had a new customer deal that existing customers never got either. And like most businesses once you’ve had your nibble at the carrot you don’t get offered another chance. But you can ask for another nibble (you might not get it, but its always worth asking). So you could always call their dedicated sales number during normal office hours - 0207 139 1397 to see if they can match the new customer deal*

 

Loyalty used to mean something years back, sadly businesses tend to not care as for the most part customers don’t bother to change service providers.

 

*I always call fixed term services up and ask for the best possible deal, if I get what I’m happy with I sign up again, if its nowhere near what I’d be happy with I leave. IMHO loyalty works both ways.
