Upgrade but no iphone

I ordered a new phone on the 16th October, and paid £179 upfront to upgrade to an iPhone 16. I received my new e-sim but no phone and I've just seen the £179 has been refunded back to my account. However online it's showing I have entered into a new 2 year contract with you and I can't reorder. Please help!
