Upgrade - change my mind

I've been with ID mobile for 4 years now, 

I have just done my upgrade but change my mind in the 30 days cooling off period.

I have sent the phone back etc.. ID received the phone a week ago. My plan has not changed for over a week and stats I'm still in contract until 2026 and plan has not reverted back either.

I have called ID on numerous occasion's and (live chat) and keep getting told every time it will take 48hrs. I then have told IDM its past the 48hrs and there telling me it will be done tomorrow.( its always tomorrow!!)

 So frustrating! a simple thing to change my plan back and they struggle to do it. shocking!! 

Still NOT been sorted. over a week now.

Looks like the contract was returned on the 24th July, and a new contract for a S24 Ultra was purchased 29th July. Hoping this means your issue is resolved?
