upgrade is wrong

After speaking with someone on live chat and arranging a callback, someone from ID mobile contacted me and we agreed a price for an upgrade (new phone but same plan with unlimited data, calls, texts). My phone is due to be delivered tomorrow but my plan has changed on the app to 100gb data only. What do I do please?
