I upgraded my plan and phone yesterday. 

The upgrade included Samsung ear pods and £100 cashback. I have not received an email or any details of what or how to claim either of these.

Has anyone had an upgrade in store? I am not impressed with the online offering, and I was wondering if I could get a better deal in currys
