Is it possible to get upgrade deals as good as the ones available to new customers? If not how do I switch to sim only?

All eligible upgrades are shown via logging into the iD Mobile app/website, and going into the “Upgrades” tab section.
If you’re unhappy with your upgrade deals, then please call our sales team on 02071391397.
