So it’s upgrade day and I have the recommended upgrade for my useage. So why as a loyal customer for 3 years should I be getting charged more than if I just cancelled (after my contract is up) and started a new plan with the latest iPhone with mobiles.com who offer cheaper per month by £6, unlimited data yours was 10gb and instead of £89 upfront cost it would be £19

Upgrade and new customer offers are often different, as well as third party site offers.
