Upgrade taking so long

I have upgraded but the process is taking so long. It's absolutely ridiculous the time it's taking. Upgraded yesterday morning 15.8.24 and it's still not been done today 16.8.24. You state that you don't do credit checks when upgrading but yet it says in my email that credit checks are waiting to be done.

We don’t carry out credit checks when upgrading.

Are you sure that you definitely upgraded your account?

I would advise giving our Sales Team a call for an update.
