Upgraded to Phone Plus Unlimited Data but Account Only Shows 10GB Data.

I’m asking a similar question to one others have asked about my upgraded account. I’ve just had an upgrade from a SIM only to a phone plus data deal. I was offered an unlimited data loyalty, but my plan only shows 10GB data and there is no indication of anything on the “View Add-ons”. Please could you confirm that I do have unlimited data?

Hi there @Dave Keene, welcome to Community!

 

It appears to be common that the loyalty add-on doesn’t actually show up on the app, when in reality it is there and applied to your contract, and only the “actual” contract data shows on the app. 

 

I’d recommend contacting our live-chat to check it’s there:

It most likely is and just not showing on the app which I’ve seen numerous times.
