Upgrades Phone and Contract - not working

I started a new contract 2 days ago, with more data - received all emails confirming and have set up new phone (with existing SIM - which email says is working and updated). I don’t have any GB since the switch over and having problems with iMessages! when will I get the data that I am now paying for?

Have you checked your iMessage settings to ensure that the correct number is there?

Regarding your data has the iD Mobile app updated to reflect the new data amount?
