What is the difference between "Get Double Data", "Get Over Double the Data" and "Get Extra Data" in the SIM only plans?

I cannot find answers from the IDMobile Help portal.

Also, there are some plans that don't have those extra data option displayed, however, the plan already is increasing or doubling the internet data for a 24 month plan.

So what is the difference?

Thanks

Without a link or a screenshot its hard to say @jamesBond007

But based off what you’ve written

Get double would equate to be doubling the data - eg 10GB goes to 20GB

Over double would equate to more than double - eg 10GB goes to 25GB

Extra would mean less than double - eg 10 GB goes to 12GB

Though what with their current black Friday deals who knows, as I’m going to be taking a stonking good 1 month deal which must be an error - as by paying £1 less I get a bit more data than I currently get, keeping the same price gives me double my data and for £1 more I get less data than the same price offer. Work that one out🙄

Hi @jamesBond007

Please could you send a screenshot of the offer(s) you’re seeing?

I believe any data given as extra/double etc shows as crossing out the old data amount and presenting the new data amount.

For example;

This shows what was an 80GB plan but with the “Get Extra Data” bit (applied automatically), it’s now 110GB.

Not that it really matters, but if iD read this, I did upgrade both accounts last night, keeping the same price and doubling our data. And with what I read on here I was expecting a ruddy nightmare. Though it was one of the easiest upgrades I’ve EVER done. My approval rating for iD has took a step back up - just get my signal sorted and who knows I might just stick around….
