When and how do I give notice on my contract?

My contact is eligible for an upgrade now, but I want to leave my contract and give my 30 days notice as soon as that period is reached. I actually want to change to a monthly rolling SIM deal with I.D., for about £6 a month. How do I do this? I think my contract fully ends in February. On the upgrades section, it didn't give me the choice.

Have you discussed your change/upgrade options with the iD Telephone Sales team, ​@Benj1983?
