why do have to wait days for someone to get back to me


Why dose it take days for someone to get back to me I've being asking for help and still No one getting back to me I want to go back to my old plan Not happy with my new one it went from 30 to 38 definitely not happy about the price for network not even working properly my network go off when I go out Darlington doesn't even work

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@Sonia goldsbury 

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
