I have upgraded but my account has not been adjusted I think I am going to be paying two bills why

We are sorry to hear your account had not been updated. 

To confirm, when did you place the order for the upgrade? Also, have you received confirmation of the order via email?

 

Two bills would only be generated if you have placed an order in addition to your current plan instead of upgrading so it would be best to double check the email confirmation.

If this has happened, we would recommend contacting our Live Chat team here  as soon as possible.
