AUSTRALIA add on data not working

I've paid £20 yesterday for add on data in Australia. It hasn't worked. I've checked roaming is on. Please can someone help with what to do. I've seen lots of questions about this already but cannot find how to make this work.

Check mobile data roaming is on. Also connect to either A1 Telekom, T-Mobile, Hutchison Drei Austria networks using manual network selection rather than automatic.

Alas ​@EM6, the iD Roam Beyond data-only add-on doesn’t appear to be 100% reliable - judging by other forum posts.

If you’ve got a dual-SIM phone with eSIM capability, then a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Australia could be a better option.

Perhaps just ask iD Mobile for a refund. Just to add, when I’ve visited Australia, the data-only eSIM products from Soracom Mobile and GoMoWorld worked for me.
