International call to Hong Kong not working

As title, I tried add start with

then add local number assuming 9876 1234

all directly show invalid number

please help! thank you

Sorry to hear this, is your bill cap high enough to support such a call?

Have you been able to call it previously on iD Mobile?

This is the first time for me to use ID mobile. The bill cap is £50 as default. I have checked everything is enabled in manage services.
