mexico travel plan not working


Hello, I have bought the travel add on to Mexico for £35 but doesn’t work after all the troubleshooting steps have been carried out. I’ve read on here that other people have had the same issues recently and have requested a refund. I have now bought an eSIM from elsewhere so I’m just wondering how I go about getting a refund?

Probably best to ask iD Mobile for a refund using the online Live Chat service, ​@Samsamsam123.

Unfortunately, the iD Mobile Roam Beyond data add-on product appears to be problematic for many iD customers, judging by their posts in this forum. 

If you’ve got a dual-SIM, which is also eSIM capable, maybe get a data-only eSIM with a travel plan for Mexico instead. 

Try a Google search with “travel eSIM for Mexico”.
