USA roaming not working deapite purchasing pass

Good morning,

I’m in California for business and I have purchased the package to let me roam (USA 5 days roam beyond). I’ve followed the troubleshooting tip and it still doesn’t work. 
 

I need internet for navigation and am going to have to get a eSIM. Could I get a refund of the roam pack please as it doesn’t work.

    If the roaming hasn’t work and not usage on the add-on we can assist with a credit once it has expired.
