data from 120gb to 1.5gb

Hello. Why is my data available 1.5 bg when my contract was of 120gb? I have still a alot of roll over data unused from previous month but noww as Plan it say 1.5 gb. Can you please help me out?Thank you

billing issue

I tried to pay my monthly phone bill via the phone service yesterday and it has taken the money out of my bank account but is not allowing me to use the services. I tried to pay it again today and the same issue has happened. So I have payed double my monthly bill and not received any of my service.

retaining number

Hi there looking for some advice! I have moved from ID sim only to ID contract, looking to keep my number and read that I needed to move to a different provider then port back. I have tried to move to 3, I've input the details inc PAC, it comes up with an error message stating technical issues.. any ideas?

UPGRADE: PARCEL RETURNED TO CURRYS BY DPD FOR NO REASON

Hi everyone,I received an email yesterday at 08.35 from DPD, regarding my new phone saying that, it's due to be delivered the 4th of March 2024 between 09:48-10:48. Then I received another email on the same day at 09:03 saying that my parcel will now be delivered on Thursday 7th March between 08:00 - 12:00. Then today by coincidence I checked the status of the parcel in DPD's website, surprised by this message, "Your parcel is on its way back to Currys", without any notification or explanation  from ID MOBILE OR CURRY’S OR DPD. I have been already charged for the upgrade to new phone. I couldn't find anyone to contact via App or even email/Phone number, even my sim was blocked as i ordered a new one. I’d be grateful if someone can help to find out regarding this serious issue as it is really confusing. Many thanks Mirat

I've just ordered a new phone but had to do it through ID site as I couldn't do it through the upgrade link on app. I've got a brand new number with the plan but I wanted to keep my existing number. Can this be done? Any help please.

direct debit

ID is threatening to ruin peoples credit scores and complaining that it was cancelled but won't accept the card details, ID themselfs are the ones cancelling it and pretending to say that they have sorted it out through live chat. So now all features don't work like SMS, Calling and Data.

Can’t send or receive sms

I joined id mobile a number of weeks ago and have not been able to send or receive sms since joining. I ported my number from EE.i can send and receive iMessages, but not sms, which makes me think it’s a network issue. Can anyone help!?  I can make and receive calls without any problem.

CPI increase

Isn’t that CPI increase should be only for the bundle and not for all the bill ? Because I shouldn’t pay an increase for the price of the phone. I want one of the customer team members to contact me as soon as possible.

why have i been charged for roaming in Holland

Whilst in Holland on 19/02/24 to 22/02/24 I was charged for using  1.94mb at a cost of£18.64 even though I have all my data and Holland is also in EU. why have I been charged?

Problems port forwarding?

I’m using a phone SIM in a 5g router (Zyxel NR5103ev2) with a view to buying an unlimited data-only SIM. Trouble is, I can’t get any incoming connections to work; scanning the IP address I’m allocated by Three shows all ports closed regardless of what I do on the router. Is this standard with 3? or with ID Mobile? And does anyone have a solution?

Add Ons Abroad

So I'm new to ID. I'm on tour in Europe for 3 weeks and I used up my 30gb roaming allowance. So I bought a £30 Add On, but still couldn't get any internet. I increased my cap and it's working but I'm being charged now.I read that the add ons were useable when Roaming (Netherlands), but I'm not sure why I'm being charged for data on top of that.

Hi,How do I add a second plan to my online account? I have 2 Sims for different family members and would like to see them both in my online account. I can see the one I used to setup the account but can't see an 'add plan' option on the website.I've seen the topic covering add it in the app but doesn't help me.Thanks.

phone and sim but no account

My wife is trying to join ID she has received a phone and sim card, her number has not been transferred when speaking with live chat they informed her she has no account.  She was also informed the number provided is not an ID mobile number any help would be appreciated

network issues

Is anyone else having trouble calling out/using internet as it keeps going through to payments and then tells me it's all up to date - which it is. Furthermore I can't seem to access live chat to speak with anyone?  I've had to report my phone as lost as I feel it may of been hacked.…  Anyone else having issues? Thanks

I’m travelling to Cambodia & Vietnam. I’ve had a look at the roaming information and it just say ID partners on the list I’m not sure what this means. Will I incur roaming charges if I use my phone? TIA

issues after paying bill on time

After paying bill any call i make id mobile says thankyou for calling our customer payment line all your bills have been paid then hangs up. Not happy with id as i need my phone for work tomorrow.  Also i cant log in on here unless i use my facebook seems like an attemot to gain access to ones facebook page thats red flag for me. An if anyone can tell me why they dont have customer support line for people with autism is unacceptable. It seems since the updated app started all these problems started. Any help greatly appreciated thankyou in advance for your time an patience. Also cant recieve email password resets even though i knoq my password is correct.

my unlimited plan says i dont have any calls or texts remaining

i took out a new contract with id this afternoon, my agreement says unlimited calls, texts and data. its given me the data, but i cant call or text anyone as it says i don't have any left…. i also cant register the app on the phone because it says the details don't match, but i can log in via website. help would be appreciated.

Hi,I’ve switched number from giffgafff to ID but I don’t have a signal. Help desk in curry’s provide me for new SIM card but this one doesn’t work as well. I’ve tried to restart my device couple times but nothing help. Could someone help me?

PAC

I am trying to join id mobile and have recieved the PAC code from three. it does not expire until 03/04 however when i enter the code to keep my number and switch now (in the basket) it tells me my code will expire and i need a new one?
