poor signal last 3 days

Hi both myself and wife have I’d mobile and we have had a ver poor weak signal over the last 3 days. Both our phones are either not connecting when making a call or dropping out and keep going dead during conversation .

Help with MMS

I’ve just joined Idmobile and I’m really confused with the not included in package charges with MMS.  If I respond to a message I receive with eg ‘a smiley face emoji’ am I charged?  If I just type something eg ‘okay’ am I still charged or is that included?  Thanks … don’t want to wrack up ridiculous charges.  I have an IPhone and am assuming it’s the green app with messages written on it.  I use it a lot!

Poor signal & 4G

Hi👋🏻 Recently moved to  iD mobile & chose because of 3network & signal checker. However, since changing my phone signal icon has gone from 4 bars to just 1, occasionally 2, I’ve missed calls & on when making outgoing calls signal breaks up & receiver can’t hear me🤔 I’ve also found that 4G is extremely poor & intermittent. I have to keep switching to 3G to load social media or web pages. Reluctant to switch networks again, but this is driving me crazy🤯 Have a iPhone XR, so not the latest model but not ancient. Any suggestions? Cheers!🍻

I’m going on holidays to Montenegro on Thursday and I say that wouldn’t be able to use my phone, is there any way to change that? Can I pay something just for this month to be able to use my phone for 6 days out there? Can you get back to me with options please?thank you Phoebe

eSim no longer valid but cant contact ID Mobile

I have tried to install an esim for a new accou t for my daughter but it says no longer valid and to contact ID Mobile. However I can't contact them because I don't know my daughters number and the chat bot etc always asks for your number.… Thanks

cant make calls or recieve after upgrading my phone and selecting Esim

So today I upgraded my phone from iPhone 13 to an 15 plus. I selected an ESIM contract however since then on my current phone I am unable to call or to receive calls. I am still waiting for delivery of my new phone.  I have activated my ESIM but still no joy. I have now 2 separate signal bars ? The bottom bar has signal the top has no service.  I’ve tried to turn i message on and off, restarted my phone, I’ve checked the service area and still not happening. What’s going on

I am abroad and am trying to set up so I can use internet / roaming but the tutorial for how to enable it is incorrect neither the app or the online account has any “extra” etcand the link I got when I landed abroad from iDmobile doesn’t load

How long before a contract phone belongs to me

I took out a 24 month contract with ID Mobile in February 2024. It included a Motorola Edge 40 which I’ve decided that I don’t like and have bought a Xiaomi to replace it and use for the rest of the contract.Can anyone tell me whether I can sell the Moto on? Does it belong to me or ID?If it belongs to ID when will it become mine?

my phone never works when im on holiday

Whenever I go abroad my phone never works. Only if I log in to the local WiFi. I’m going on holiday tomorrow and don’t want this to happen again

I have a second imei number on my phone and the phone has been acting strange /running slow, high battery drain. I googled the symptoms and also found the second imei. Who can I call within id if I suspect my phone /service has been cloned/hacked. What can I do?

I’ve just got the notification that my phone contract is ready to upgrade but it’s only showing me more phone contracts and no sim only deals. Nothing shows up when I click ‘change my plan’ either.Does anyone know how to go from a phone contract to a sim only?

Received strange text message within bits of upgrading

The other day I upgraded over the phone to your call centre from a £6 8gb plan to a £7 30gb plan. Despite not travelling out of the UK since April I received this text message:- "You've now used 100% of your 30GB Roaming data limit. From now on, roaming data will include a surcharge of £3 per GB. If you exceed your inclusive data allowance, the out-of-plan rate of £10.24 per 100MB will apply. For more info, visit idmobile.co.uk/roaming" What is going on ?

Urgent: Incorrect Number Displayed and Poor Network Connectivity

I am writing to report an ongoing issue with my mobile service.I provided my PAC number, 07853930799, for the transfer of my existing number to iD Mobile. However, some of my contacts are still seeing the incorrect number, 07737280646, when I call or text them. This issue was previously reported on July 27, 2024, and I received an email from you stating that it had been resolved.Additionally, I have been experiencing poor network connectivity in recent days, which has resulted in dropped calls and interruptions during calls.I request that you investigate these matters and resolve them as soon as possible. It is important that my correct number is displayed for all outgoing calls and text messages to avoid confusion.

other person cannot hear me

I’ve been with ID mobile for 6/7 months, first 3 months have been fine.  After about 3 months when I call out or when I receive calls the other person cannot hear me.toggling between the speaker and mic sometimes works, other times I have to cut off and call back or the person calling me cuts off and calls back.Apple have carried out around 6 diagnostic tests both on store and over the internet and cannot find anything wrong with the device.I have an iPhone 15 pro which came with the contract.Apple have asked for the iPhone to be sent in so they can simulate testing.they mentioned that my ID mobile profile may need to be re-provisioned/ re-created? I ordered a new sim and have been using this for about 1 month but gives the same issue.I have tried resetting network, that didn’t work, I deleted everything of the phone and set it up as a new phone and that hasn’t worked.is there anything you can recommend or suggest?  thanks

Just purchase a new Doro phone (2404) for my father, to replace his 3G only door.swapped out SIM card to new phone and not able to make or receive calls or txt messages do I need a new 4G SIM ?
