My phone won’t let me phone out and and I am only receiving calls via watts app. Phone is an iphone
Same here can't receive or make calls, change my SIM card to a new one and it's still the same.

As 3G is turned off we would advise that you enable Volte on your handset.
The 4G calling will then allow you to make and receive calls.
If you still have issues, please let us know.
